This discussion group is a free flowing, exchange of ideas on a topic which we pick each month.

Here are topics of interests for the future: FTM; women and science; what's going on between the 2nd and 3rd wavers; women's self defense; raising feminist children; women's safety; how race and ethinicty play out within the feminist movement; role models for today's girls and women; feminist theory; women's arts and crafts movement; eco-feminism and lots more. Each month we can add to our list of topics we are interested in discussing.

At the end of each meeting, I'll offer an opportunity for women to get connected to resources they need.

Please come prepared to make a donation to 1) In Other Words for allowing us use of their space and 2) to the group--we try to raise at least $15 a meeting to cover the cost of this site.
